Easy and healthy side dish is this one!
Brussels Sprouts are great vegetables for side dish and it's healthy!
It's small but has more vitamins C and K than cabbage.
With sour cream and crunch nuts makes them more delicious!!
INGREDIENTS
[2 serving]
150g Brussels Sprouts
50g Onion
●2 tablespoon Sour cream
●1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
●1 teaspoon Sugar
●1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
10g Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the Brussels Sprouts in half.
2. Cut the onion.
3. Put the vegetables on the plate and add olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Roast about 20-30 minutes 200℃/400℉.
4. Make a sauce. Mix well all the ● ingredients.
5. Serve with roasted vegetables, sauce and sprinkle with chopped toasted nuts on top.
6. Enjoy!
