2 cup cakes (6cm x 2)
20g Butter (unsalted)
20g Brown sugar
1 Banana
1 Egg
50g Rice flour
1/2tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
1/2tsp Cinnamon
1 Banana (top the cake but it is optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring the butter to room temperature and mix it well with sugar.
2. Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly and mix them well with the beaten eggs.

3.Sift the dry ingredients and mix them thoroughly.
4.Fill cupcake molds, optionally topping them with sliced bananas, and bake at 170℃/340℉ for approximately 30 minutes.
5.Allow it to cool down before serving. Enjoy!
