Baked Cheesecake in 5 minutes

Creamy cheesecake with a very smooth texture.

This cake recipe is a great option if you're looking for a quick and easy dessert that is both delicious and healthy.

INGREDIENTS

16cm


250g Cream cheese

200ml Fresh cream (pouring cream)

80g Granulated sugar

20g Glute-free flour

1 Egg

1tablespoon Lemon juice


 

INSTRUCTIONS


1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature, or heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds at 500W.


2. Combine all ingredients except the eggs in a mixer and mix well.


3. Add the eggs and mix well.


4. Strain the mixture into a container.


5. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes, with preheated oven.


6. Cool in the refrigerator for at least half a day before serving.


7. Enjoy!
